The National Palace Museum is the largest Museum in the world having more than 696,000 items of ancient Chinese art. The Museum’s collection range from the Neolithic age to the Qing Dynasty, the Museum has high quality art works that were mostly in possession of Chinese Emperors. Taipei’s National Palace Museum was designed by architect Huang Baoyu, the construction of the gigantic building was completed in 1965; it has been expanded many times since.
